  • Coasters: ~15 business days
  • Stock Matches: ~30 business days
  • Foil Printing: ~45 business days
  • Bulk Matchbooks & Matchboxes (>5000): ~30 business days
  • Specialty Matchbooks & Matchboxes: ~65 business days
  • Premium Matches: ~30 business days

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL or Freight carriers
  • Ground shipping typically takes 1–5 business days
  • Shipping speed is based on destination and carrier, not production time
  • We can upgrade the shipping to 2nd Day Air or Overnight Delivery at the customer’s expense on most products. We are not responsible for carriers meeting delivery timelines.

Shipping to Canada, Alaska & Hawaii

  • Additional freight charges may apply
  • Orders may incur import, duty, and/or hazmat fees
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and calculated at checkout

Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number is sent once your order ships
  • Tracking is available via the carrier’s website
