We will review your order and artwork and if there are any questions or concerns regarding product selection, artwork, or timelines we will contact you.  Orders will not move to production without customer approval on our human made proofs.

  • Matchbooks and Matchboxes are considered hazardous and cannot be shipped overnight.  The estimated shipping time is 3 – 5 days and depends on your location.  After digital proof approval, items are processed (imprinted and boxed) and then shipped.  Decreasing your processing time does not affect the shipping time.
  • There will be additional freight on items shipped to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii, as well as applicable import and/or hazmat fees.
  • Quick Ship and Short Run Matchboxes and Matchbooks -> 10 business days (about two weeks)
  • Coasters -> 15 business days (about three weeks)
  • Stock Matches -> 30 business days (about six weeks)
  • Foil Printing -> 30 business  days (about six weeks)
  • Imported Matchboxes and Matchbooks -> 65 business days (about 13 weeks)

  • Yes, all of our products include a free digital proof within 48 business hours and up to 2 revisions before going to print. We will not print your products until you approve the proof.
