  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not matching your approved proof, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Confirmed issues are remedied with a reprint or a 20% credit.

  • Artwork must be submitted at a minimum of 600 DPI or as vector artwork, preferably in CMYK and camera-ready format. Stock Matchbooks require vector artwork. Specialty Matches can print PMS.

  • Yes, all of our products include a free digital proof within 48 business hours and up to 2 revisions before going to print. We will not print your products until you approve the proof.

  • All of our matches are fully customizable. Depending on the product selected we have options for pantone spot color matching, foil stamping, matchstick color, match tip color, and special materials.
