You can use your art or have our Professional Artist on Staff assist you with your custom design. Please submit your artwork in high-resolution (>= 600 dpi), camera-ready, CMYK, solid, full-color art to avoid an additional art touch-up charge.
The product will ship in three to 10 business days (one to two weeks) after digital proof approval. Production time depends on the print method and quantity.
Eco-Friendly Cold Plastic Cup
Description
Showcase your commitment to green with our Eco-Friendly PLA cold plastic cup. Made from PLA, a plant-based plastic, these cups are renewable and compostable. They’re made from crops that grow back every year, and they can be composted (where facilities exist) and returned to the soil to help new plants grow. They’re BPI-certified compostable, Prop 65 compliant, and ASTM-compliant. Each one can feature a four-color process digital print. This item is made and printed in the USA.

The base price includes full-color printing on one or two sides of a clear cup. Please select the proper template — you can have two different images on one cup.
The 12-ounce cup measures 3.75″ in diameter, 4.125″ high with a base of 2.125″. The image area is 2.25″ x 2.125″ (per side).
The 16-ounce cup measures 3.75″ in diameter, 5″ high with a base of 2.375″. The image area is 2.5″ x 2.375″ (per side).
The 20-ounce cup measures 3.75″ in diameter, 5.625″ high with a base of 2.375″. The image area is 3.0″ x 2.5″ (per side).
White ink will be used as CMYK base coat. Spot color will need to be represented as a layer in the art file and listed on PO in order to print. These cups sometimes have scratches or rub marks from the molding process. These are not considered defects.
Note: this is not suitable for backyard composting.
Printing Methods
There are three different printing methods available. Each method has a specific feature depending on the size of your run and method of processing. Select your product and printing method to see the price differential.
Digital: quick-ship (three to five days), full-color image, high quality, low quantities (from 25 to 1,000)
Tradition: quick-ship (three to seven days), free PMS matching, high quality, metallic and neon ink available, quantities from 100 to 50,000
Hi-Speed: quick-ship (five to 10 days), food-service grade, most economical for multiple color prints, quantities from 10,000 to 1,000,000
