Measuring 3.5″ with a rounded design, this drink accessory can be imprinted with your company name or logo, then displayed proudly in your restaurant, pub, or hotel lounge.
Full-color Pulpboard Printing
Full-color printing is available with a standard natural white background. The circular image area is 2.75″ in diameter. We print in full color on one or two sides of the coaster but charge a screen fee for each side. The standard production time is 15 business days (two-three weeks) after digital proof approval.
Artwork
All colors are printed using a digital full-color printer. CMYK conversions may result in a slight color variation. We cannot guarantee an exact match to a PMS spot color. We do not offer Metallic Pantone colors at the present time.
The ink used in our digital printing has a slight sheen to it and will not appear “matte” like offset-printed coasters. Consequently, images may not appear as “crisp” as offset-printed coasters because our digital printer is an inkjet-style printer. If this is a concern, please ask for a random sample or consider ordering “CMYK Offset” coasters instead.
The standard image area is 2.75″ x 2.75″.
Use your own art or have our Professional Artist on Staff assist you with your custom design. For the best quality image, submit your artwork in high resolution (>= 600 dpi) camera-ready, solid, full-color vector art to avoid an additional art touch-up charge. In the vector file, save all text as outlines. Replicate all colors in your image to the associated PMS color chart for an exact color match. Send four-color process art as a four-color process.
