This program doesn’t actually reward customers, but it holds a special place for them, as the rewards are used to benefit society. Brands often create a hybrid loyalty program using this model. For instance, let members donate points to charities or civic groups or even their friends. Of course, you will need to set up rules, for example, for each point level, you can donate a specific amount of money or specific point value to an organization. A customer with more points can donate more.
